Good morning everyone:

1.- Correct the sentences: Corrige las frases que os puse ayer en el cuaderno. Compruébalas:

1. There are four chairs and a table in my kitchen. There is  a window too.
2. In my street there are lots of cars but there aren't any supermarkets.
3. In my classroom there aren't any animals but there is a computer.
4. I've got a fridge in the kitchen. There are oranges, pears and apples in the fridge. There isn't any milk.

2.- Open this video explicativo about P.B. page 53- unit 7.

3.- A.B. pages 63 and 64: Repasamos las unidades que ya dimos hace tiempo, recordando su vocabulario. Coge las stickers ( pegatinas) pégalas donde corresponde y escribe su nombre.

4.- Open this video: ahora repasmos con Amber la story, repite después de ella cada frase, y responde a sus preguntas.

5.- Copy and learn the vocabulary of the story:

1. the flying machine: la máquina voladora
2. the other children think he's strange: los otros niños creen que és es raro.
3. fly around the world:volar alrededor del mundo
4. watch our progress: mirad nuestro progreso 
5. flying over...: volando sobre ...
6. cities( ciudades grandes), towns( ciudades pequeñas) and villages( pueblos)
7. the school is on fire!: el cole está ardiendo!
8. the caretaker is there today: el conserje está allí hoy
9. please hurry up: por favor dense prisa
10. the cover of every newspaper: la portada de todos los periódicos
11. none of the children...: ninguno d elos niños
12. He is really cool : él es realmente majo, guay

6.- Song "My dog Ben" : Estudiasolo  la 1ª estrofa de la canción. (Tienes todo el fin de semana y el lunes)

            I have a dog and his name is Ben (tengo un perro y se llama Ben)

            He is my pet and my best friend (es mi mascota y  mi mejor amigo)

1- He is large, furry and very white, (él es grandote, peludo y blanco)

with brown patches on both his sides ( con manchas marrones a ambos lados)

He has big eyes, soft and round (tiene grandes ojos suaves y redondos)

With flappy ears that are silky and brown (con orejas sedosas y marrones)

2-Every day he eats egg and rice ( cada día come huevo y arroz)

But what he likes most are my blueberry pies ( lo que más le gusta son  mis pasteles de arándanos)

And when I hear a happy loud groan (y cuando oigo un gruñido fuerte)

I know he’s found a big fat bone (sé que ha encontrado un gran hueso gordo)

3-He likes to sniff, run and bark (le gusta oler, correr y ladrar)

Chasing the rabbits in the park ( persiguiendo conejos en el parque)

He loves to swim and loves to surf (le encanta nadar y hacer surf)

The beach is one of his favourite turfs (la playa es uno de sus lugares favoritos)

4-He shakes his head and wags his tail (mueve su cabeza y  su cola)

When he sees the postman dropping the  mail (cuando ve al cartero trayendo el correo)

He greets me with a Kiss and a hug ( me saluda con un beso y un abrazo)

A jig, a dance and a roll on the rug (una risa, un baile y un rodar en la alfombra)

5-He curls at my feet when we sleep at night ( se enrolla a mis pies)

We cuddle and hug each other tight ( nos abrazamos fuerte)

I love my friend, there can be no other (amo a mi amigo, no puede haber otro igual)

We have fun together, best friends forever!! ( nos divertimos ,mejores amigos para siempre)
